Email is the fastest way
Write to support@getkepla.com and a person reads it. Not a ticket queue, not a bot. We aim to reply the same working day, and always within two.
What to send us
- Something is broken. Tell us what you were doing, what happened, and what device you were on. A screenshot helps more than anything.
- You want a feature. Say what you are trying to get done, not just what button you want. We build around the problem.
- Billing or your account. Email from the address you signed up with so we can find you.
- Press or partnerships. Same address, put PRESS in the subject line.
